Collaborative Photo Album for Events: Let Every Guest Add Their Moments

Video transcript

A collaborative event album puts every guest's photos and videos into one shared gallery, so the best moments are not scattered across many phones. Onlivita builds this right into its invitations.

Instead of waiting weeks for one person to collect files, the moments arrive as they happen. Guests upload from any phone or laptop, and everything lands in one gallery.

Guests scan the QR code on the table and upload without installing an app. No account is needed.

Uploads wait for your approval, so you can skip a blurry shot without any awkward conversation.

The album borrows the colors, fonts and layout of your invitation. The whole event looks like one set.

A live slideshow can run on the venue screen while the party continues. After the event, the gallery stays with you as a keepsake.

Create your invitation on our website, turn on the album and invite your guests to add their moments.
