Corporate Event Invitation Email: A Practical Guide to Sending One Link
Video transcript
A corporate event invitation email is often the first message guests read.
Busy recipients skim their inbox, so the subject line has to do its job. A subject like You are invited to our partner dinner on Friday evening says exactly what the message is.
The body should state the event, time, place, and one action. Put the date, time zone, venue, map link, dress code, and deadline where people can see them quickly.
A single shareable link lets guests view the details, see the map, and confirm attendance in one place. Guests can forward it to a colleague who was not on the original list.
Sort guests into confirmed, declined, and no reply yet, then send reminders only to the last group. Guests who already declined should not receive the same message again.
A reminder that only says please reply is easy to ignore. Add one detail the guest did not have before, such as the agenda, parking, or the speaker's name.
Onlivita puts your map, countdown, music, and RSVP form on one animated page, and your first invitation is free. Prepare yours at onlivita.com.
