A digital invitation is a small web page for one event. It opens in any browser and replaces a card and reply slip. Changes to time or venue appear for every guest.

Every invitation needs the occasion, date, start time, full address with a map, a reply-by date, and host contact. Set the reply-by date three or four days before the party.

Put the reply form on the invitation page so answers collect in one list. A short, friendly reminder two days before the reply-by date recovers most missing answers.

Send the link through the group chat or direct message your guests read. For a casual party, two to three weeks ahead is comfortable. Open the link and submit a reply before you share it.
