Shareable RSVP Link for Your Event: Where to Share It and Track Replies
Video transcript
A shareable RSVP link works only when the right people open it. Here is how to send it and keep every reply in one place.
Send the link to each person on a defined list, not to a forwarding chain. Forwarded links create duplicate replies and unknown guests.
Direct messages are quick and suit team dinners or birthdays. Email is the better choice for formal events and guests who want a written invitation.
A large printed code lets walk-in guests reply on their phones. Test it with two different phones before printing a batch.
Reminders should reach only guests who have not replied, and one message should go out about two days before the deadline. For client events, a second reminder can work if the first one went unanswered, spaced at least a week apart.
Make one shareable RSVP link on onlivita, then check that a test reply shows in the tracking view.
