Terms of Use

1. The service

All features are free; a free account is required to create invitations. The service is provided “as is” without guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account and your invitations' management links private. Anyone with a management link can edit that invitation.

3. Your content

You must have the rights to the photos, music and texts you upload. We may remove content following a copyright complaint.

Invitations must not be misleading, fraudulent (e.g. collecting money for a fake event), unlawful or infringe others' rights; such invitations and accounts may be closed without notice.

4. Our designs

Themes, ornaments, cinematic openings, the music library and interface designs are exclusive to the service and may only be used within invitations created here.

Collecting, copying or downloading these designs with automated tools, bots or AI systems, or using them to train AI, is prohibited (text and data mining rights reserved).

5. Publishing period

Invitations stay online for 12 months after the event date. You can delete yours at any time.

6. Changes
