Terms of Use

1. The service

A free account is required to create invitations. The service is provided “as is” without guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

1a. Price and payment

Each member's first invitation is free. Every additional invitation is a one-time payment of 1 US dollar when it is published; every feature is included and there is no subscription. Editing an invitation and collecting RSVPs are never charged.

Payments are processed by Creem, acting as merchant of record; tax may be added depending on your country. Your card details never reach Onlivita and are not stored by us.

An invitation does not go live until payment is complete. Because a paid invitation is published as soon as payment is confirmed, the digital service is performed immediately; for mistaken or duplicate payments write to info@onlivita.com and we will review your refund request.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account and your invitations' management links private. Anyone with a management link can edit that invitation.

3. Your content

You must have the rights to the photos, music and texts you upload. We may remove content following a copyright complaint.

Invitations must not be misleading, fraudulent (e.g. collecting money for a fake event), unlawful or infringe others' rights; such invitations and accounts may be closed without notice.

4. Our designs

Themes, ornaments, cinematic openings, the music library and interface designs are exclusive to the service and may only be used within invitations created here.

Collecting, copying or downloading these designs with automated tools, bots or AI systems, or using them to train AI, is prohibited (text and data mining rights reserved).

5. Publishing period

Invitations stay online for 12 months after the event date. You can delete yours at any time.

6. Changes

We may update these terms and will announce important changes on the site. Questions: info@onlivita.com
