Every purchase from Onlivita comes with a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund.
1. Full refund within 14 days
You can request a full refund of the amount you paid within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason.
2. How to request
Write to info@onlivita.com with the email used for payment and your order number. If your payment was processed by Paddle.com, you can also request a refund directly from Paddle using the link in your receipt.
3. Processing
Refunds are issued by the merchant of record that processed your payment (Paddle.com or Creem) to your original payment method. Depending on your bank it may take 5–10 business days to appear. A refunded invitation may be unpublished.
